The top fabric is the same as the back, the second fabric has a slightly glossy fabric layered on top of the first. The third fabric, which is used most on the stomach area, has a sheer mesh fabric layered on top of the first. I hope that makes sense. The front is double-layered, so your skin won't show through. Elegant and beautiful. It's in good condition as I've only worn it a few times, but it's a used item and has been stored at home, so please consider this if you are interested.
