I purchased this at a department store's used goods section. It's a single-layer Nagoya obi. The otaiko (decorative back) part is double-layered, and the rest is single-layered. I think it would be suitable for wearing with a yukata or紬 (pongee silk). It's a soft and easy-to-tie obi. How about it for everyday practice, etc.? There are fold marks and slight discoloration on the plain part. See photo 6. This is the part that goes inside, so please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned.
