About 30 years ago, during a trip to Limoges, France, I purchased a luxurious set of Bernardaud demitasse cup, saucer, and dessert plate trio (3 pieces) from a stylish tableware shop. I searched online, but I couldn't find the same set, so I believe it's discontinued. The thick gold application and delicate embossed gold detailing are truly formal. Despite being gold, it's not flashy, but rather a very chic and elegant design. It's so beautiful that I've only used it once or twice, as I was hesitant to use it more. As shown in the photos, it looks lovely displayed as a set of three, but you could also use the bottom plate as a cake plate. It's sad to part with this set, which has the distinguished air of a long-established Limoges kiln, but I'm selling it due to space constraints and decluttering. Although I've hardly used it myself, there are slight scratches and stains on the foot of the pieces. Please refrain from purchasing if you are looking for perfect, like-new condition.
