All-purpose knife, blade length 16.7cm, 137g. The spine is about 1.7mm thick near the top of the heel. It's the Seki Magoroku Honoka model. It's a current model and is sold on the website. It's a double-edged stainless steel knife. It seems to be a mass-produced model sold for around 2000 yen on Amazon, etc. It has been used very little and is clean. The blade was not properly sharpened when new, so I sharpened it properly. It looks like it will last a long time. I sharpened it well, put an edge on it, and polished it.
