This is a Rishirinto-kun ballpoint pen, the official character of Rishiri Town. It's a limited edition item sold only in Rishiri Town. Available in black and red. Made by Pilot. The pen body is pink. It also has a mechanical pencil, but I'm not sure how to insert the lead. I used a smartphone stand for the photos, so the stand is not included.
