This is a polka dot dress I purchased from MIIA. It's soft like chiffon, easy to move in, and lightweight. I bought it online and only tried it on at home. There is a small stain, but I hope you understand. I only tried it on, and I haven't worn it out. I cut off the tag when I tried it on.
