This is a key cover of Nene-chan's rabbit, "Nagurare Usagi" (Hit Rabbit) from Crayon Shin-chan, from a capsule toy. After purchasing, I stored it because it didn't fit the size of my house key. The hole in the third image is about 2.5cm, and the hole in the fourth image is about 1.8cm.
