I don't know the manufacturer because it's not written. There are some areas where the gold rim is slightly chipped. There are traces of writing and paint marks on the side of the box. Both the outside and inside of the box are quite dirty, but they are unused (therefore, they are listed as "Like New"). Please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned, as they have been stored by a private individual. There are no smokers or pets in the house.
