There are no missing pieces. Each piece was roughly wiped down, but since three children played with them, there are some stains that won't come off, scratches, and some dust. The dedicated case also has some wear and tear, so please purchase only if you understand this. The blocks with windows have doors that tend to come off easily. As a bonus, I will include four extra red and yellow pieces. These will be packed in the dedicated case for shipping. Please note that they will not be placed in a cardboard box.
