Made in FRANCE 100% Cotton This is a beautiful French-made jacket (a stand-up collar coat) in royal blue. The size is 38, which is a Medium. It's made of a sturdy fabric, perfect for the chilly seasons of spring and autumn. I loved it, but I'm selling it because the shoulders feel too tight.
