These are Naruko clappers for children, used in Yosakoi dancing. The black and yellow striped ones have numbers and characters written on the inside. Please check the images. One side is glittery, which was given to me for children. There are still signs of use such as scratches and scuffs, but they can be used without any problems and make a sound.
