Société Céramique of Maastricht, Netherlands, was a porcelain manufacturer that existed from 1863 to 1958. This company was later acquired by the Royal Sphinx company of the Netherlands. Olga = means "holy woman / sacred person / blessed." This is a design of dog roses. At the time, wild rose and rose designs were popular, mainly in France and England.
