This is a set including Sylvanian Families shop and wagon, plus three figures, ready to play with right away. The hot dog sausage and ice cream spoon are missing. The hot dog wagon apron has some stains, and there is discoloration on the blue parts of the parlor fence and roof. Please check the photos for details. This was played with over 10 years ago and has been stored away since. There are no peeling stickers or damage.
