Please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned as this item has been stored at home. Used about twice. There are some scratches that don't show up in the photos. Also, some glitter may be present as it was used during makeup application. There is no rust or peeling, so I believe it is in good condition. Instant purchase is OK.
