I used these shoes for about 180km of jogging (Garmin tracked) to improve my running form. They have been washed. I am selling these because they helped me correct my form, which involved my toes pointing outwards and my knees turning inwards. The condition is as shown in the photos, but there is a small amount of damage on the inner side of the upper of the right shoe (see image 10). I think the condition is consistent with the mileage, but they are still usable. If you are interested in Altra shoes, please consider them. The drop is 4mm, so they are especially recommended for those who are hesitant about zero-drop shoes or are used to shoes from major running brands. Thank you.
