This is a furoshiki (wrapping cloth) designed by Junzo Terada. I found it at Hankyu Department Store a few years ago and bought it because I liked the elephant pattern, which looked like a picture book. I displayed it on a wall away from direct sunlight for a few months, but after that, I stored it in a closet. I hand-washed it with a neutral detergent before listing it.
