From left to right: Osaka (takoyaki), Ebina (melon bread), Shibuya (Hachiko), Yokohama/Hakkeijima (whale shark), Tokyo (stork), Gunma (thunder god) The items in the bags are unopened. They are old, so the bags have some dirt and discoloration, but the mascots are in good condition. The mascots that are not in bags have some minor dirt, but this may have been present from the time of purchase due to the nature of the product. Please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned.
