This is a white oak staff made by Niidome Bokuto Seisakusho in Miyakonojo City. It is 130cm long and 26mm in diameter. I purchased it directly from the workshop. It has no inscription, but it is made by Niidome Bokuto Seisakusho. There is almost no warping. It's slightly longer than the standard staff at 130cm, but it handles well. The thickness is also 26mm, which is thicker than the 8-sun 25mm. I used this for practice during my student instruction (once a month for several years). There are some impact marks, but I have maintained it, so they are very shallow and do not interfere with any movements. Currently, domestic white oak staffs cost over 10,000 yen. This item is dense in material and weighs 630g. You won't understand this unless you use it, but due to the dense material, the vibrations don't transmit to your hands even when striking, so you won't get numb and drop it. Once you experience high-density weapons, you can't go back to lighter ones.
