This is likely a mini pouch made in Thailand. It would be convenient for use as a coin purse, or for carrying spare contact lenses or lipstick. Made of sturdy fabric. It's new, but it was not packaged, so it's considered to be in near-new condition. It looks black, but it's a beautiful teal color.
