This is a reversible skirt from Felissimo. There's no label, but I usually wear a size M, so I think it's around that size. It's made of a firm, wrinkle-resistant material that makes a slight rustling sound when you move. A good point is that it doesn't generate static electricity even when worn with tights in spring and autumn. The length is about 70cm, which is between knee-length and long. I think petite people could wear it as a long skirt. I liked it, but I've been wearing long skirts lately, so I'm selling it.
