I believe I purchased this about 10 years ago. It's for juniors, but an adult woman used it twice when wearing a dress to a wedding. The length is about 46cm, and the specifications may be different from current ones (it seems similar to a soft petticoat). The fabric has two layers: soft tulle and organza.
