This is a double-sheath horse head puukko made by Iisakki Järvenpää, a puukko maker in Kauhava, Finland. It is a decorative puukko meant to be worn on the hip for show, rather than a practical puukko. There is some deterioration in the brass decoration of the sheath tip, but overall, I think it is in good condition.
