This is a Chesty dress. I have only worn it twice and have kept it at home. The skirt part has a luxurious design with crochet lace layered over a denim lining. The bodice is made of a smooth blouse fabric, so it's simple and not too sweet, allowing you to wear it elegantly on its own. There is a stain, like from a marker, on the covered button of the sleeve, but it will be on the inside when worn, so I don't think it will bother you much. The fur vest and denim jacket in the first and second photos are reference items.
