This is a power grip triangular carving tool, 3.0mm. It's designed to be held like a pencil for easy application of force when carving, making it ideal for detailed carving work such as with eraser stamps. I purchased this a while ago and stored it in a dark place at home without using it. The outer plastic packaging has deteriorated during storage, causing the printing to fade and a small amount of white printing to transfer onto the handle.
