(Personal Embouchure Training Exerciser) ・Exercise 1 (approx. 15 seconds) Hold the disc part of P.E.T.E. between your lips and teeth, and gently pull it outwards (forwards). Use your lip muscles to resist this movement. ・Exercise 2 (approx. 30-40 seconds) Hold the thin end of P.E.T.E. with your lips and apply force to squeeze it from all directions using your lip muscles.
