This is a Paxman horn mouthpiece, model 5C. Cup only for sale. I recently purchased this and loved the beautiful tone it produced, but I've found a mouthpiece that suits me even better. I don't want to get lost in the shuffle, so I'm reluctantly selling this one. According to the website, this 5C is equivalent to a PHC mouthpiece model 25A. I also use a PHC AN rim, but compatibility isn't always guaranteed... apparently. There are some scratches on the shank, but it's been stored in pretty good condition.
