These are handmade pettipants. They can be used year-round and feel soft against the skin. Item No. 58 Made from 100% "natural" cotton, not synthetic fibers, it becomes softer and more comfortable with each wash. As someone who often wears gaucho pants, I find them very comfortable to use myself, so I highly recommend them. The sides are cut as a single piece, so there are no seams for a clean look. The inseam is French seamed. Other seams are finished with a zigzag stitch and a double-folded hem. Also, the hem is tapered by about 4-5 cm, so they are less likely to feel bulky. Can be worn under long skirts, wide pants, or as undergarments for kimonos and yukatas. Above all, they are made of soft, skin-friendly cotton double gauze. We use a narrow 7mm elastic for a gentle, non-restrictive fit. The waistband elastic will be long, but please let us know if you have any specific requests. ☆The waistband elastic should be approximately 0.8 to 0.9 times your actual waist measurement.☆ The hem elastic can be done either way, so please let us know your preference from the selection options. (☆Adding elastic to the hem allows you to tuck up the hems of gaucho or wide pants when using the restroom, which is convenient. The 4th image shows the shape of the white version with elastic.) The fabric has been pre-washed before tailoring. For washing, we recommend avoiding strong spin cycles. Pat out the wrinkles and hang to dry.
