Cheap silk feels stiff and rough, but this has a soft texture that perfectly fits the word "yawarakamon" (soft thing). It looks like rinzu (figured silk), but I'm not confident in saying for sure. It's high-quality silk, so it's a great deal if the size fits. It has an elegant and soft color that feels like bright spring sunshine. On the calendar, the New Year is spring. Recommended as a formal outfit for the New Year, it has a "New Year" feel. Also recommended for outings in February and March.
