This item was stored at my family temple. It is not new, as it has been used a few times, but I believe it is in good condition. I don't think there are any stains or scratches. This is a Rinkesa (ceremonial stole) of the Tendai Jimon sect. It is a Rinkesa for high-ranking monks. I am offering it to someone who will use it. I believe this Rinkesa has beautiful gold thread. It comes with a box, but I have painted over the writing on the front of the box with black paint.
