However, compared to the Liberty and Souleiado fabrics I've been listing recently, this one has neater stitching. It also has an opening for replacing the elastic. The waistband fabric is brown Belgian linen. It's not just a gathered skirt; it has many tucks and is quite elaborate. The pattern matching is a bit off, but it's not noticeable due to the intricate design. Therefore, the price reflects that it can be used both as a skirt and as fabric. There's enough fabric to make small items or children's skirts. I'm offering it at a low price, so I appreciate your understanding.
