I purchased this new and used it a couple of times to try it out, but it doesn't suit my training, so I'm selling it! I've barely used it, so I don't think there are any noticeable scratches or stains! All the accessories that came with the purchase are included! (See photo 1) The size is large, and the reference bicep circumference is shown in photo 4, but in my personal opinion, the size adjustment range is quite wide, so I think anyone can use it! (This is just my personal opinion!) Even if you don't know how to use it, you can rest assured because there are basic instructions included!
