This is an outing strap for the Tamagotchi character "Meidotchi." It was used as a case for a child's Tamagotchi. There is some wear and tear. There is a bluish rust-like substance on the metal fittings of the neck strap (see image 4). Please check the photos. Since it's from about 20 years ago, there may be other signs of aging. Also, the seller is a novice, so there is a possibility that other noticeable scratches or stains may be overlooked.
