I am offering an old wooden five-shō measuring box for grain. This item was stored in a shop's warehouse and dates back to that time. Perhaps it would be suitable for a local history museum. It can be used for displays, collections, and photography props to create a retro feel from the Taisho or early Showa eras. It would also be great for a traditional Japanese house. □ Features ・It is a round measuring box with handles on both sides. ・It has iron frames on the top and bottom. ・The sides are stamped with "Five-shō for grain," "Fukushima," and "Made by Sanki." 　"Made by Sanki" is written on the back. □ Size (self-measured) 　Diameter: 26 cm, Height: 25 cm (Inner diameter: 22.5 cm, Inner height: 22.5 cm) □ Condition ・It is quite old, with overall dirt and scratches, and some of the metal fittings are broken.
