This is an outerwear item from Harcour. I purchased it new and wore it once. It has been stored in a riding club locker since then, so it may have a slight horse smell. (I've stored breeches in there, too.) If you're using it for horseback riding, I don't think you'll mind at all. It cost around 40,000 yen. Please refrain from purchasing if you are sensitive to items stored by a private individual.
