This is a tool for pulling the elastic bands when assembling dolls. I purchased it from Volks and have been storing it. It's unused, but the adhesive on the bag has deteriorated, so I'm listing it as "like new." I believe it can be used for SD size dolls, and dolls larger or smaller than 60cm.
