This is a lacquered gold Kinrin-ji Natsume (tea caddy) for sale. It appears to have been used very little, with almost no wear on the bottom where it touches the tatami mat. It doesn't have the original box, but it's in beautiful condition. Hopefully, someone can use it for tea ceremony practice.
