I used to dress my December-born child in these during the warmer months. They may have shrunk due to being put in the dryer. Both feel like they are just barely size 60. They might be tight if your child has thick thighs. The floral one is secondhand, so it shows signs of wear. The light blue one has stretched threads and fabric in the back because I forced my child to wear it even though it didn't fit. All items show signs of wear, such as fuzzing and pilling.
