Purchased last year at Birthday and worn only once for a ceremony, then outgrown. It has tulle inside, which is slightly visible. Inside that is a pair of pants. There are some areas where the pleats on the hem are thin. This is how it will be delivered. I don't see any fraying of the tulle, stretching of the elastic waistband, or any noticeable stains, but please understand that this is a personal inspection.
