The story follows from the final episode of the TV anime, depicting the protagonist Denji being tossed around by the mysterious girl Reze, and hurtling towards an unpredictable fate, along with fast-paced battle action. Denji is a boy who transforms into "Chainsaw Man" through a contract with the "Chainsaw Devil" and fights devils as a Devil Hunter belonging to Public Safety Devil Hunters Special Division 4. His everyday life begins to change drastically because of this encounter. MAPPA will be in charge of the animation production, continuing from the TV anime.
