The length is about 89cm, the shoulder width is about 37cm, the armpit width is about 48cm, and the sleeve length is about 59cm. Please note that there may be some errors due to amateur measurements. I am 170cm tall and usually wear M-L size from Uniqlo. I wore this coat over a suit. I don't think there are any noticeable scratches or stains, but I wore it for commuting and have washed it at home, so I think it shows signs of wear.
