There is some discoloration on the front cover, spine, and back cover. As shown in the fifth photo, it is unclear whether something was once attached here, or if it's a trace of the glue coming loose. Also, there are water stains on the upper left. There is yellowing due to age, but the paintings themselves appear to be clean, and I believe there should be no problem with viewing them.
