Titleist FW TSR3 3w 13.5° head + cover only. Regarding the condition, there is a touch-up mark near the sole neck, to the right of the "3" on the TSR3, so please refer to image 2. Other than that, there are a few minor scratches, but no noticeable damage, and the head is relatively clean. The crown has no noticeable scratches and is also in very good condition.
