I purchased these a few years ago, but I haven't used them much and have kept them in storage, so I think they're in relatively good condition. I don't remember what percentage of blue light they cut, sorry! The frames are brown. The lenses are hard to see in the pictures, but you can clearly see the tint of the cut lenses with the naked eye. There is no outer box, only the glasses themselves and a cloth case. Thank you!
