I purchased this at Shinjuku Takashimaya a few years ago. I think it's a wallet that can be used by both men and women. There is some scuffing and dirt, as it is a used item, so please refrain from purchasing if you are sensitive to these things! The zipper was replaced at the Shinjuku Takashimaya store where I purchased it, so although I bought the wallet a few years ago, it's in good condition!
