However, I could wear them without opening the zipper. The edges of the belt area have some fraying of the fabric, which is unavoidable with use. I loved these and wore them often, but I don't think there are any noticeable stains or wear on the soles (see images). They have a mature design and were easy to match with both casual and formal wear, so I wanted to keep wearing them, but I'm selling them because they're too small.
