I purchased this previously at Kumikyoku in Takashimaya. It has a lining, so it's not see-through and helps regulate body temperature in response to temperature changes. It has jewels, and the neckline and hemline have glitter thread, making it look glamorous for the upcoming Christmas season or when dining with friends. The fabric has a textured polka dot pattern, which makes it visually appealing.
