This is merchandise from the "Super Nintendo World" area of the theme park "Universal Studios Japan." I purchased this at the "Mario Motors" gift shop in the above facility, but I have never used it as a strap and have only displayed it in my room. It has no tag and no noticeable scratches or stains.
