This is Minnie Mouse's dress. It can be worn as a dress or a tunic. The skirt is somewhat sheer, so I used to put leggings or pants underneath. It fastens at the back of the neck with a button (see photo 3). There are some slight frays on the skirt from catching on something (see photo 5), but it's only been worn about 3 times, so it's still in good condition.
