We will discount ¥100 per item. This is a new Mac Tools Stappy screwdriver handle that has been additionally processed like a Snap-on grip holder. Since there are many inquiries about the key processing shape, I will enclose details of the key processing (though it's just a memo). The quick-release female side on the grip side is press-fit flush to the surface, considering the appearance when inserted into the key cylinder. The quick-release hole is processed using a dedicated jig because the center cannot be aligned with a three-jaw chuck or vise. The key groove is machined using a milling machine. The groove width is processed to 3mm because it is too wide for the key on Snap-on. Groove length is approximately 13.6mm, groove depth is 15mm. The groove position is offset by a fraction of a millimeter so that the key is centered. Since it is not done by hand using a rotary tool, the perpendicularity is reasonably good. The cutting tool used is a two-flute end mill. Resin cutting tends to melt and tear, but it has a clean finish that doesn't look like it has been additionally processed. I have 27 years of experience in machining, and I am confident in my work. M5 x 10 set screws are included.
