This is a knee-length dress from Foxey New York.
The color is beige, a lighter shade than in the image (a skin tone similar to ochre).
The shoulder area is made of a sheer material.
There is lining from under the bust, so you don't have to worry about your undergarments showing through.
The gathered hem gives it volume and makes it very cute.
I think it would look great paired with a short jacket.

I previously purchased this item, which had been dry-cleaned, but I couldn't pull off the design, so I'm selling it.
There were some stains, but I've removed them as much as possible.
The gathered hem is difficult to inspect, so there might be some overlooked spots.
Also, as shown in the fourth image, there are some pills or snags.
Please be aware of this before purchasing.
